Moynihan Station, as an Expansion of Penn Station

Vornado Realty Trust

With a reputation as the go-to consultant for ground up development, Soozan Baxter Consulting was hired for the pre-leasing initiative of the 100-year-old Moynihan Station – the expansion of Penn Station by Vornado Realty Trust (2018-2019). Soozan worked closely with the team to merchandise the lease plan; created a comprehensive guide for design, tenant coordination and logistics; and conducted a listening tour of key retailers, in which she received strong feedback that ultimately influenced the project.

The Summit Birmingham

Miller Capital Advisory & Bayer Property Group

The Summit is the definite place to shop and dine in the Birmingham Market. In 2012, Bayer reached out to Soozan Baxter Consulting for help rounding out the luxury tenant mix. Soozan helped bring Kate Spade, Kendra Scott, Tumi, among others to the Summit.

Garden State Plaza

Westfield

Located in northern New Jersey, Westfield Garden State Plaza is situated in one of the most affluent parts of the country. As part of a large expansion in 2014 anchored by Neiman Marcus, Soozan Baxter Consulting helped procure deals with Tory Burch, as well as Sandro and Maje — brands that were new to the Westfield portfolio and very recent to the US market.

Foxwoods Fashion Outlets

Sheldon Gordon and Tanger Outlets

Sheldon Gordon, the renowned shopping mall developer and casino-retail pioneer, obtained development rights to build Foxwoods Fashion Outlets in 2010, relying on Soozan Baxter Consulting exclusively for all aspects of the new development, including leasing, design concepts, financing partnerships and the overall strategic vision.

The Fashion Outlet

eBay

In 2010, eBay.com hired Soozan Baxter Consulting to help build a branded fashion outlet mall to be hosted on their website. Leveraging industry relationships, Soozan signed key anchor deals with Neiman Marcus Last Call and Coach, and introduced eBay to many other small shops throughout her tenure with eBay.com.
