Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States. This $20 billion project includes more than 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space; 14 acres of the site has been dedicated to green, open space. A New Kind of Yard

Soozan Baxter Consulting joined the small retail team in spring 2015, on account of Soozan Baxter’s strong relationships in the retail community and her out-of-the-box thinking. During her two-year tenure on the project, she focused on bringing unique retailers to Hudson Yards including the first Watches of Switzerland in the U.S. and the debut of Vitra Eyewear in New York, as well as many other esteemed contemporary and luxury brands.
