Soozan has coached leaders from a broad range of organizations across retail, hospitality, real estate, and non-profits.
She is a certified professional executive coach through the Leadership Training Program at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Over the course of eight months, Soozan had 150 hours of classroom instruction and 50 hours of real-world coaching experience. This highly competitive institution and program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Soozan has decades of experience as a strategic consultant for retail and hospitality. She has worked with a broad array of stakeholders to evolve large-scale retail and hospitality developments to their highest and best use.
